Terms and Conditions

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a knife.  By completing a purchase you are certifying that you meet this age requirement.

Local Knife Laws and Regulations

The customer is solely responsible for whether or not the knife they are purchasing meets all local knife laws or regulations.

Returns and exchanges

In-stock knives  - If within 30 days of receiving your knife you are unsatisfied for any reason you can return it for a full refund.   The product must be returned in undamaged condition to qualify for this refund.  The customer is responsible for return shipping and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Made-to-order knives  -  Please contact me immediately if you are unsatisfied with your custom order.  I will do my best to resolve the issue.  Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.   

Order cancellations

For in-stock knives, orders can be cancelled up until shipment.  Be aware that I try to ship as fast as possible, and some orders go out within 24 hours.  

I do not accept cancellations for made-to-order knives.

Shipping

I currently ship using USPS.  The goal is to ship in 3 business days or less for in-stock knives.  For made-to-order knives estimated lead times will be included in the listing.   All orders will show an estimated delivery data at checkout.

International orders

I do not currently accept international orders.
